The Kelly Wreastler design as always is impeccable and beautiful and tasteful all around in lobby, the rooms and restaurants. You can’t find a better rooftop view than Proper in SF and on weekends it’s always a cool crowd. The beds are so comfortable the shower just perfect and most of all the staff are so helpful. I had a meeting 5 minutes after I arrived and they helped me with an early check in to get to my room.

The hotel is lovely - very modern, high spec, great rooftop bar, restaurant etc. Everything inside the hotel is perfect.

The breakfast was superb! We had the Shakshuka on the rooftop and also had breakfast on the first floor patio restaurant. Excellent food and service. Hotel is centrally located between two playhouses, the Golden Gate Theatre and the Orpheum, both of which bring me to San Francisco. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

Loved the hotel. Parking was hard. We had a long day of travel and delayed flights. Arrived at night. Couldn’t figure out where valet parking was. Drove around the property multiple times. Had to call front desk 3 times to get someone to come out to us and help. Eventually things were fine and the hotel marvelous.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, with a special mention to Tuan, the bellman!! Nice room and super comfortable bed. Beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant.

The customer service was exceptional, Caroline was rep that checked us in she was professional friendly, and super helpful. The room very retro and jazz loved it, very clean and inviting. Although the hotel seems to be located in a rougher part of SF, I felt safe and secure. The roof top Bar ANd restaurant Charmaines loved it. My wife and I definitely going to make this our regular vacation spot.
